Monthly and annual memberships are available separately from lifetime purchases. Recurring memberships automatically renew until canceled; annual amounts are charged once each year. Manage renewal through the account billing portal. Read the billing explanation and lifetime launch allocation. Paid plans apply to hosted Studio workspaces; direct paid licensing is pending.
Direct WordPress mode runs on your site and connects a personal ChatGPT app without a Node server. A hosted customer workspace uses the separate Studio service and its Stripe plans. Hosted purchases do not yet activate paid direct-mode licensing.
Create an account for 20 free authenticated tool requests per day. No payment is needed. Install the companion, verify your site in the dashboard, and authorize your AI client with the same Studio account. You can purchase a lifetime allowance later.
Use a separate staging WordPress site for initial testing. You need permission to install the companion plugin, create a dedicated user and generate an application password. Your ChatGPT account must support the connector flow. Confirm its current availability in your account rather than assuming it is included with every plan.
Your account starts on the free plan immediately. Connect your WordPress site in the dashboard and use https://wpbridgestudio.com/mcp in a supported AI client. A verified paid webhook updates the same account allowance without requiring a new site connection.
The companion exposes authenticated site status and REST dispatch endpoints. It does not collect payments or make outbound telemetry requests.
Use https://wpbridgestudio.com/mcp, choose OAuth and automatic client registration, then sign in with the same Studio website account you used to connect WordPress. Approve the account connection. Studio does not ask hosted customers for a separate owner password.
After submitting once, wait for the connector account to show as connected. If the form has already been used or is expired, restart from your existing connector. Do not keep submitting an old authorization page.
List my connected sites. For each site, call site_status
and wordpress_read with route /wp/v2/users/me.
Read only. Report actual HTTP statuses and user identity.
A successful response should match the expected site and connected WordPress user. If a route is denied, inspect the user’s permissions and the native endpoint requirements before increasing access.
The operator must set the workspace to allow writes, and the site administrator must change the companion’s access mode. These controls are independent. A write-enabled workspace still cannot exceed the capabilities of the connected WordPress user.
For a first test, create a disposable draft and read it back. Test changes on staging before applying them to production. Avoid destructive tests on content you need to retain.
One authenticated tool invocation consumes one daily request, whether it ultimately succeeds or fails. Login, OAuth and tool discovery do not consume the allowance. Requests are shared across your account’s sites and reset at midnight UTC.
For authorization errors, include the time, site ID and exact error text in a support request. Do not include passwords, tokens or card details. Use the FAQ for common troubleshooting questions.
The ChatGPT link opens the uploaded Studio cloud plugin; public directory approval is pending. The WordPress companion is available as a ZIP for manual installation; version 0.7.1 has been submitted to WordPress.org and passed its automated scan; manual approval is pending. See the connection guide to authorize your site.
Availability depends on Google account and region. This is a custom app connection; Studio is not listed in Google’s public app catalog. All clients share your Studio plan and daily quota.
