Contact support from the account used for Checkout and provide the payment reference, purchase date and reason for the request. Do not provide card numbers or payment credentials. The operator reviews the purchase and responds through the verified account contact.

When Stripe reports a refund or a payment dispute, the affected purchase entitlement is deactivated. If another active purchase remains, that purchase may determine the account’s allowance. A later, duplicate payment event does not reactivate a purchase already recorded as revoked.
Contact support if access appears incorrect after a payment status change. WordPress site access can always be revoked independently by revoking the application password and disconnecting the connector.
