WordPress companion
A downloadable plugin installed on your own HTTPS WordPress site. It exposes authenticated site status and REST dispatch.
Connect your WordPress content to your AI workflow. Verify the site, authorize your client, and work within your WordPress permissions.
A downloadable plugin installed on your own HTTPS WordPress site. It exposes authenticated site status and REST dispatch.
A dashboard for verified sites, account-wide request usage and support requests. One account connects your authorized sites.
An OAuth MCP endpoint for supported clients. Each client needs approval; installation alone does not authorize AI access.
Read posts and pages, identify the connected user, discover installed REST routes, and submit supported content changes when the site allows writing. An editor can work within editorial capabilities; an administrator has broader native permissions. Studio does not grant extra WordPress capabilities.
Some plugins expose REST endpoints; others only offer dashboard controls. Use route discovery to check a particular plugin before assuming it can be managed remotely. Theme-file editing and arbitrary PHP execution are not included.
Start with 20 authenticated tool calls per UTC day at no charge. Monthly packages start at $9.50; annual packages start at $49.50. Lifetime packages are $1,000 for 500 daily calls, $1,800 for 1,000, or $2,500 with no product daily cap. All AI clients on the account share its allowance.
Paid checkout is available only when production Stripe configuration is complete. A plan is activated from a verified payment event; a redirect to a success page cannot unlock it.
The WordPress companion is a free download. A Studio account includes 20 hosted tool calls per UTC day, shared across connected sites and AI clients. The companion itself does not sell or unlock a local paid quota.
The hosted service verifies the account and allowance on its server. Changing a plugin file does not increase the allowance in your Studio account.
The WordPress companion ZIP is available for manual installation. WordPress.org accepted version 0.7.1 for review on October 9, 2026, and its automated scan passed. Manual approval and public ChatGPT directory approval are pending. The linked ChatGPT cloud plugin may require an eligible account; a supported custom MCP connection is an alternative. Google Gemini custom-app availability depends on account and region.
